DIGITAL LEARNING: INTRODUCING THE "DIGILEARN"
At Eco-Learn, we developed interactive visual communication-based learning modules that we like to call our “DigiLearns”. Different from a MOOC and way more engaging than a PowerPoint presentation, our DigiLearns are created based on 3 pedagogical criteria:
- Micro-Learning
The programs are broken into 15-min modules so that busy professionals can learn in pieces in between meetings, during lunch breaks, or whenever works for their schedule.
2. Social Learning
Eco-Learn combines asynchronous DigiLearn modules with innovative ways for our learners to engage with Eco-Learn coaches and other learners throughout their experience taking the courses.
3. Action Learning
All Eco-Learn programs are action-oriented. To support our mission of empowering today’s business leaders to make direct change, we highlight operational tools that can be put into action.
IN-PERSON LEARNING: MASTER CLASSES
Master Classes are based on the original Master Class 21, which is a face-to-face intensive program that delivers all the skills needed to transform the business model in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
300+ members of Sustainable Development management, consultants and business leaders have already taken this training since its launch in 2012.
Networking between learners and course facilitators is a key element in addition to business cases, lunches, and presentations by sustainability professionals.
The Master Classes build upon the DigiLearn component of our Master Classes to have a comprehensive education on a specific subject, an opportunity for certification, and the ability to join the active community of Master Class 21 alumni.
